Overview The ALLROUNDER V series comprises vertical injection moulding machines designed for overmoulding inserts and producing hybrid components. The vertical free-space system allows unobstructed access to the mould from three sides and supports manual or automated insertion/removal during the injection cycle. Vertical clamping units with high rigidity, precision and parallelism protect the mould and minimise wear.

Part examples - icam connector Eight-pin connectors with seals for digital cameras, produced on two-component rotary table machines for high-volume runs.
- Cable grommet Flexible grommets prefabricated and inserted into multiple cavities using multi-axis or six-axis robots.
- Plug insert Pre-punched PA6 metal pins overmoulded on vertical ALLROUNDER V machines and reprocessed on electric ALLROUNDERs to assemble hybrid connectors.
