ASUS RS700A-E9-RS4V2 is built on the AMD EPYC™ 7002 platform to deliver high server performance. Supports up to 64 cores per CPU and up to 128 threads in a single 1U server. 32 DIMM slots provide large memory capacity and bandwidth. An integrated I/O controller on the processor reduces latency and improves system performance.

Expandability
Offers flexible expandability with one full-height PCIe 3.0 x16 slot (x16 mode), one low-profile PCIe 3.0 x16 slot (x8 mode), one low-profile PCIe 3.0 x8 slot (x8 mode), and one OCP Mezzanine 2.0 slot (x16 mode) for OCP LAN cards. Thermal Radar 2.0 for Energy Efficiency
Uses intelligent detection technologies and multi-fan zone design with localized sensors on CPU, GPU, DIMM, HDD and other areas to designate dedicated fan flow automatically, reducing overall fan power consumption. Multi-fan zone design enables multiple fan curves for different zones to improve reliability and thermal efficiency. Selected models support up to 56 ambient sensors.
