The IKA Eurostar 40 Digital overhead stirrer: this is a great universal laboratory stirrer that is suited for simple stirring tasks for quantities up to 25L (H20). The Eurostar 40 Digital automatically adjusts the speed through microprocessor controlled technology within the speed range of 0/30 – 2000 rpm. As with all IKA products, safety is key and integral safety circuits in this overhead stirrer ensures automatic cut-off in an anti-stall or overload situation. Continuous comparison of shaft speed to desired speed is maintained and variations are adjusted automatically. This guarantees a constant speed even with changes in viscosities of the sample.
