Description

Overview
  • 6-axis force/torque sensing measuring Fx, Fy, Fz, Tx, Ty, Tz with rated ranges to 80 N (force) and 4 Nm (torque), optimized for micro-assembly, tactile feedback and robotics integration.
  • Compact form factor: 40 mm diameter, 12.2 mm height, low-profile design with a central through-hole to route linkages or cables and external electronics options.
  • Analog output: real-time Analog (+/-10V) signals compatible with PLCs, controllers and DAQ systems for closed-loop control.
  • High mechanical strength: EDM wire-cut from high yield-strength stainless steel with single-axis allowable overloads up to 4.2–18.9× rated capacity depending on axis.
  • High signal-to-noise ratio: silicon strain gauges and onboard amplification deliver substantially stronger signals and minimal noise distortion.
  • Interface plate rating: IP20 standard for controlled environments; IP68 and other ingress protection options available on select variants.

Variants & Options
  • Communication interfaces: Analog (+/-10V), Analog (mV/V), EtherCAT (box), RS485 (box), Ethernet & RS422 (box), EtherNet/IP & CAN, PROFINET (variant dependent).
  • Cable length and exit: radial exits typically 1.8 m or 5 m (variant dependent); E-version offers reinforced cable traction in some configs.
  • Interface plate rating options: IP20 (standard), IP68 (selected variants).
  • Connector types: 12-pin round Amphenol (common), 8-pin Molex PicoBlade (selected variants).
  • Example model references: Mini40-E-1.8-IFPS and multiple 9105-** part numbers for different interfaces and cable options.

Documents & Resources
  • Available on the product page: mechanical drawings, user manuals, complex loading graphs, DAQ configuration documents and software, CAD models and datasheets (PDFs and data files).
