Description

Product Overview
  • 6-axis force/torque sensing – Measures force and torque in all six degrees of freedom (Fx, Fy, Fz, Tx, Ty, Tz) with ranges up to 16000 N force and 2000 Nm torque suitable for demanding industrial applications.
  • Form factor – Industrial-grade design with embedded electronics for broad platform compatibility, including precision use cases such as surgical robotics and automated assembly.
  • Analog output (+/-10V) – Simple real-time force and torque feedback compatible with PLCs, controllers and data acquisition systems.
  • Extremely high strength – EDM wire-cut from high yield-strength stainless steel. Maximum allowable overloads range from 10.1 to 40.8 times rated capacities depending on axis.
  • High signal-to-noise ratio – Silicon strain gages deliver ~75× stronger signals than conventional foil gages; onboard amplification reduces noise distortion.
  • IP60 rated – Dust-tight protection for dry, particulate-heavy environments. Variants available up to IP65/IP68 for splash and immersion use.
