Description

Sapphire MEMS based Capacitance Manometer Model V8 reduces output shift due to depot adhesion and corrosive gas by our new structure of sapphire diaphragm. / Model V8 can be variously zero-adjustment by EtherCAT, mechanical switch, DI or software and it can check the accumulated zero offset value by using its own software. / It has an unrestricted mounting angle, it contributes to high degree of freedom in machine design. (Vertical or horizontal installation may be restricted depending on pressure range and heating temperature) / Gauge heads can be installed in ambient temperatures of up to 250°C
