Overview
The use of regranulate requires co-extrusion solutions. Depending on the customer's requirements, there are almost infinite extruder combinations for co-extrusion of PVC profiles or pipes. Most often, the parallel twinEX extruder is used as the main extruder in combination with a conEX NG conical extruder as the co-extruder.

Thanks to the co-extruder’s flexible frame design, this configuration provides maximum die-connection flexibility, making die changes easy. The extruders share a common control cabinet, reducing cost and simplifying operation.

The stand-alone solution is ideal for retrofitting a co-extruder. It is a cost-effective alternative and can be configured for individual use.
