OverviewEnergy-efficient twin-screw extruder series designed for PVC pelletizing (dryblend and recycling) with options for EMS shear gap adjustment and comprehensive downstream integration.
Product descriptionPVC pellets produced by aglomEX serve as feedstock for blow molding, injection molding and extrusion. The series combines twin-screw technology with dedicated pelletizing heads to ensure consistent bulk density, low dust content and uniform homogeneity. For other thermoplastics, compatible single-screw lines can be integrated with water-ring, underwater or strand pelletizers.
