Product description
Beltron GmbH continuous double-sided UV dryer for UV curing and post-polymerisation of photoimageable soldermask on printed circuit boards and flex-boards. The developed soldermask is UV-postcured in addition to the thermal final cure. The post-polymerisation process improves surface characteristics such as resistance in nickel-gold baths, during hot air levelling, in chemical or electrolytic tin baths, and electrical surface properties. Exposure times can be reduced because the final properties are realised by UV polymerisation.
