Application:
For UV curing of conformal coatings and solvent-free thick film lacquers on PCBs and other 3D objects such as TWIN CURE® (Peters Lackwerke), Dymax products and other UV-curable materials.

Design:
PFT conveyor belt with suction/cooling system; maximum feed width 350 mm (working width typically up to 300 mm); working height adjustable between 25 and 95 mm. Belt speed adjustable in several ranges (examples: 2–20 m/min, 0.5–12 m/min, 1.0–10.0 m/min; ratio up to 1:10). Stepless lamp power control 30–100% for optimal UV dosing. Easy and fast lamp replacement. Special high-gloss reflector for optimized UV focusing and undercut curing. Integrated electronic control with digital belt speed display. Service- and maintenance-friendly design. Exhaust fan with connection for exhaust piping. Special design for curing of thick film lacquers.

Compact control / PLC:
Compact control provides display of UV set value, operating hours and lamp current. The PLC monitors and controls lamp ignition, lamp fuses, idle run, over-temperature protection, exhaust air and frequency converter.
