Description
Application:
UV drying for all UV reactive materials such as e.g. thick-film protective lacquers or paint, adhesives, casting resins and UV lacquers or paint. Also suitable for fully automatic inline operation.
Transporting the workpieces is executed on two chain conveyors with edge guidance.
Design:
The infinitely variable power regulating for the UV radiant emitter in the range of 30 - 100 % enables optimum adjustment for the UV power to the belt speed and required UV metering level.
Advantages:
UV networking in a fast, horizontal throughflow, controlled release of the UV metering level, flexible adaptation to different process requirements with programme storage in the PLC.
