Application:
The Slimsize UV dryer is suitable for integration into existing production lines and for processing materials such as paper, cardboard, foil, film, glass, printed circuit boards, plastics, wood and metal. With an overall integration width of only 600 mm it can be installed in compact plant concepts and is suitable for retrofit installations.

Design:
Steel construction in Slimsize format. Belt speed adjustable infinitely from 2 to 20 m/min (other ranges on request). Electronically controlled cooling system. Radiant emitter power continuously adjustable from 30 to 100%. Quick and simple emitter replacement. Aluminium lamp housing with UV emitters typically at 120 W/cm (other powers on request). Special faceted reflectors for optimized focusing of UV radiation. Service- and maintenance-friendly design. Exhaust fan with connection for exhaust piping. Optional accessories: selective filter, quartz glass panes to reduce product temperature, PLC control with touch screen.
