Description

Application:
For drying and polymerisation of UV-curable coatings, inks, dyes and adhesives on printed circuit boards, laminated materials, plastics, paper, glass, metals and other substrates in continuous processing. Suited for laboratory use and small-series production. Standard lamp output 120 W/cm (other outputs available on request).

Design:
PTFE-coated conveyor belt with maintenance-free, stepless belt drive adjustable from 0.5–12 m/min (other ranges on request). Belt width 220 mm. 1 or 2 UV medium-pressure lamps. Aluminium faceted reflectors or optional selective heat-reducing filters. Entire radiant emitter unit height-adjustable. Castors or fixed feet. Clear passage height adjustable from 20 to 100 mm. Working height adjustable to SMEMA standard (fixed feet: approx. 900–950 mm). Optional exhaust/cooling fan.
