Application
For drying and polymerization of UV screen inks, UV adhesives and for treatment of printed circuit boards, laminated materials, plastics, paper, glass, metal and other printed materials in a continuous production process. Type BE machines are available with working widths from 7 to 260 cm, lamp power from 80 to 120 W/cm and configurations of 1 to 3 lamps.

Design
Compact steel construction for space-efficient installation. Belt speed 0.5–12 m/min steplessly controllable (other ranges available). Electronic lamp cooling system and easy, fast lamp exchange. Aluminium lamp housings with UV bulbs up to 120 W/cm. Stepless power control 30–100% for precise UV dosing. Special reflectors for focused UV radiation. Service- and maintenance-friendly layout. Exhaust air system with connection for external ducting. Additional air cooling between lamps for temperature-sensitive products. Compact Control displays UV set value, operating hours and lamp current and monitors lamp ignition, lamp fuses, idle run, overtemperature, exhaust air and converter.
