OverviewGenerate oxygen on site with selectable purity from 90–95% and capacities from 1.5 to 197.4 Nm³/h. OXYBERG® PSA oxygen generators separate oxygen from compressed ambient air using Pressure Swing Adsorption. BERG GaseTech supplies the generator technology and BERG Kompressoren supplies complete engineered packages including compressed-air treatment, buffer storage, control and monitoring, with optional skid or container integration.
How PSA oxygen generation works- Compressed-air preparation — Ambient air is compressed, dried and filtered to protect the adsorbent beds.
- Nitrogen adsorption — A CWK zeolite molecular sieve adsorbs nitrogen preferentially under pressure.
- Oxygen production — Oxygen-enriched product gas is collected and supplied to the process.
- Automatic regeneration — Alternating vessels regenerate while the controller maintains continuous production.
