OverviewProduce nitrogen from compressed air at the point of use. NITROBERG® PSA generators provide adjustable purities from 97% to 99.999% across 18 standard models. Systems are engineered to match required flow, pressure and duty cycle and can be supplied as generator-only units or as turnkey packages including compressor, dryer, filtration, receivers and controls. On-site production reduces reliance on delivered gas and supports continuous supply for industrial processes.
How it works- Air preparation: compressed air is dried and filtered to protect the carbon molecular sieve.
- Selective adsorption: under pressure the molecular sieve preferentially retains oxygen while nitrogen passes as product gas.
- Product collection: nitrogen-enriched gas flows to the product receiver where pressure and demand are balanced.
- Automatic regeneration: vessels alternate between adsorption and depressurisation/regeneration for continuous output.
Model range and performance (examples)Performance values are given as N2 output / compressed-air demand (Nm³/h). Example: NITROBERG® 500 — 97%: 10.7 / 24.6; 98%: 8.6 / 19.8; 99%: 7.1 / 18.5; 99.999%: 1.2 / 7.7. Larger models up to NITROBERG® 4000 deliver up to 1,709.1 Nm³/h at 97% N2. Use the model matrix for preliminary selection; final sizing is confirmed in the technical offer.
