Overview
QWIK-PURE® 15 is an active oil–water separator designed to reliably remove oil from compressor condensate. Absorbed oils are retained in hermetically sealed cartridges that protect operators from contamination and ensure compliance with discharge limits regardless of compressor type or oil used. All versions use the same cartridge with a transparent operating display. The system status is continuously visible on the control panel via a green-to-red LED capacity bar; when cartridge replacement is required the display changes color and a guided replacement sequence can be started manually. Residual condensate is expelled from the cartridge piping by several small air pulses and integrated bottom valves prevent leaks during replacement. The sealed cartridge is easy to remove and replace; maximum handled weight ≤ 25 kg, facilitating safe transport of saturated cartridges.
