Description

Product information
QWIK-PURE® 10 is an industrial oil–water separator designed for compressor condensate treatment. As a static base model it integrates an active-ready concept that improves process reliability and operator safety compared with conventional gravity separators. The unit is intended for oily compressor condensate with a maximum treated oil concentration at outlet of 20 mg/l.

Highlights / Key features
  • Active oil–water separation concept offering improved process and functional reliability over classic gravity-only separators.
  • Ergonomic operation with hermetically sealed, replaceable cartridges that bind absorbed oils and protect operators from contamination.
  • Transparent cartridge handling: guided change routine and integrated closing valves to avoid spillage during replacement.
  • System status display with LED bar showing remaining cartridge capacity; visual indicator changes from green to red when replacement is required.
  • Fail‑safe behaviour: on power loss the unit functions as a conventional gravity separator.
  • Modular, scalable family: multiple QWIK-PURE® sizes available; single cartridge compatibility across models simplifies procurement and stock management.

Replacement cartridge - summary
  • One universal cartridge fits all QWIK-PURE® models to simplify procurement and inventory.
  • Inlet tube designed as a handle for transport and mounting; controlled drainage keeps a fully saturated cartridge under 25 kg.
  • Integrated closing valve and blind plugs prevent dripping and liquid escape during handling.
  • Hermetically sealed cartridge design ensures hygienic, contamination-free removal and disposal.
