Overview
ÖWAMAT® 11 - QWIK-PURE CS200, 4.9 m3/min. Decentralised oil‑water separation for oily condensate directly at the point of origin. The ÖWAMAT® system is a field‑proven solution for dispersed condensates, suitable for synthetic and mineral oils and for piston and screw compressors. Approved versions (with and without free oil separation) allow treated condensate to be discharged to the sewer without additional water‑law permits.

Function

• Oily condensate can be fed into the ÖWAMAT® under pressure (1).
• Excess pressure is reduced in the pressure‑relief chamber (2).
• Condensate flows calmly into the lower filtration stage and passes through the two‑stage OEKOSORB® exchange filter.
• The OEKOSORB® exchange filter consists of a prefilter and a main filter to bind remaining oil residues (3).
• Treated water leaves the ÖWAMAT® via the water drain (6) and can be routed directly to the sewer.
• Effluent quality can be checked at any time at the sample valve (5).
