It is in fact built in line with new technology and materials, which guarantee an excellent price/quality relationship. The base is made of thick steel using an innovative manufacturing method. The spiral tool has two speeds and the bowl has one speed. This last generation machine has a modern design, which make it also ergonomic. It is belt driven and this not only guarantees extraordinary kneading results but also excellent reliability. The new ITALICO spiral mixer has been created for non-industrial bakeries and is equipped with electromechanical and electronic commands, with 55% hydration. ITALICO has superseded former manufacturing methods by offering a more modern spiral mixer which is entirely MADE IN ITALY.
