Boratas BPJ106 is a tracked mobile jaw crusher designed for primary crushing of hard and abrasive materials in quarry, mining, and recycling applications. Operating as a crawler jaw crushing unit, it enables on-site material processing and supports mobile crushing plant configurations in urban projects with limited space.
The BPJ106 is equipped with a single-toggle jaw crusher from the Boratas BCK series and is capable of processing granite, basalt, limestone, asphalt, concrete, and construction waste. Its tracked undercarriage allows easy relocation between job sites, while adjustable crusher settings support flexible production requirements.
The crusher operates with an integrated hybrid diesel–electric drive system, combining electric efficiency with an onboard diesel generator. This configuration reduces fuel consumption, lowers maintenance needs, and enables independent operation on powered and remote sites.
