Boratas BPC100-S is a tracked mobile cone crushing and screening plant designed for closed circuit aggregate production, quarrying, mining, and recycling applications. The machine combines cone crushing and final screening on a single crawler chassis to deliver controlled product sizing and stable throughput.

The BPC100-S features a high efficiency cone crusher and an onboard screening unit for continuous crushing and classification. It is suitable for processing medium to hard natural stones such as granite, basalt and limestone, and is also used for recycling construction waste, asphalt, and concrete. The closed circuit system enables accurate grading and stable output quality without the need for external screening equipment.
