Description

Boratas BPS100 is a compact tracked scalping screen designed for primary scalping, pre-screening, and natural sand applications in aggregate and mining, as well as industrial mineral processing. It is typically used to remove fines and oversized material between primary and secondary crushers, improving downstream crusher performance and overall plant efficiency.

The BPS100 features a heavy-duty two deck vibrating screen, suitable for handling high feed rates and varied material types. It supports accurate separation for natural stone and recycled materials, while its crawler mobility allows easy relocation between job sites. The machine can also be customized with a range of optional features tailored to meet changing customer needs.

Our mobile scalpers operate with a hybrid diesel-electric drive system mainly using electric operation supported by an integrated diesel generator. This configuration improves energy efficiency, minimizes fuel consumption, and enables independent operation on both powered and remote sites without compromising screening efficiency.

The machine is designed with accessible service zones, centralized lubrication points, and clearly defined inspection areas to support routine maintenance and safe operation.
