Description

Boratas BPE102 is a tracked vibrating screen designed for aggregate production, quarrying, mining, and recycling applications. The mobile unit is commonly used in multi stage crushing and screening plants and is fed by a crusher or excavator to support accurate material separation and stable material flow under demanding site conditions.

The BPE102 features a double deck vibrating screen and is suitable for classifying natural stone and crushed materials such as sand and gravel, as well as recycled materials. Its active vibration system supports precise screening performance and consistent throughput, while the crawler mounted undercarriage allows easy relocation between job sites and flexible plant integration.

The screen features a hybrid diesel-electric drive system, combining electric operation with an integrated diesel generator. This configuration provides energy efficiency, reduces fuel consumption, and ensures reliable operation in both grid connected and remote environments.
