Description

Boratas BPK125-S is a tracked mobile impact crusher plant designed for aggregate production and recycling applications in quarry, construction, and demolition projects. Operating as a closed circuit impact crushing unit, it enables on-site material processing with controlled final sizing and stable production performance under demanding conditions.

The BPK125-S is equipped with a high performance impact crusher from the Boratas PDK series and an integrated return screening system. It is suitable for processing natural stone such as limestone and dolomite, as well as recycling asphalt, and construction waste.
Its high reduction ratio and shaping capability support the production of graded and cubical end products, while the closed circuit configuration ensures consistent product size without the need for additional screening equipment.

The crusher operates with a hybrid diesel electric drive system based on electric operation supported by an integrated diesel generator. This configuration improves energy efficiency, reduces fuel consumption, and enables independent operation on both powered and remote sites without compromising crushing and screening performance.

Routine maintenance and operator safety are supported through accessible service zones, centralized lubrication points, and clearly arranged inspection areas. The machine is designed with a heat-treated rotor, replaceable wear components, and a two-part housing structure with hydraulic adjustment, allowing efficient servicing and reduced downtime during operation.
