Description
START is an automatic rotary-table filling machine for dosing liquid and viscous products into cylindrical containers of various shapes and sizes. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, the unit is compact and mobile on a wheeled base and is suitable for industrial filling lines requiring volumetric micro- and macro-dosing.
Construction and main components
The machine comprises a wheeled base supporting a rotating table, a volumetric dosing system capable of micro- and macro-dosages, and a conical hopper for product loading.
Performance and hygiene
START provides precise, repeatable dosing and is engineered for hygienic handling of complex or sensitive products. Filling and suction speeds are adjustable, and the system can dose hot products up to 120°C.
Control and software
Operation is via a touch-screen panel with integrated remote assistance. The multilingual software stores multiple processing recipes, manages component handling times and activates washing cycles.
Integration options
Containers discharged from the dosing station can be transferred to a conveyor belt; an optional pneumatic screwing head can be added to complete the packaging cycle.
