Product overview
The EASY LINE basic version is a compact, monoblock filling and capping system designed to automate dosing and capping of liquid products. It handles liquids including foaming, semi-dense and dense products and is compatible with glass and plastic containers. The unit is configured to minimise footprint and is suitable for operations with limited format changes.

Operation and features
The basic version is supplied with manual cap placement on the conveyor; caps are subsequently picked and positioned on bottles by a robotic pick & place system. The dosing system provides adjustable filling and suction speeds to ensure high accuracy, repeatability and hygiene. It can dose foaming and hot products up to 120°C. Machine control is via a touchscreen panel with integrated remote assistance and multilingual software capable of storing processing recipes, managing handling times and activating the washing cycle. Format changeover and cleaning are straightforward and intuitive to support multi-product production and optimise production time and costs.
