Overview
The fully automatic monoblock EASY LINE full automatic automates filling and capping operations for liquid products. Configurable for liquids including foaming, semi-dense and dense products, it handles glass and plastic containers while minimising footprint. The machine features rotating loading/accumulation tables, automatic cap loading and up to two dosing heads, with a maximum capacity of 1,800 pieces per hour. The dosing system ensures accuracy, repeatability and hygiene and allows precise adjustment of filling and suction speeds; it is also capable of dosing foaming or hot products up to 120°C.
