Suitable for moulding of parallelepiped products like silano and pizza cheese, with diameter of product adjustable from 50 up to 80 mm (in according to production needs).
The machine is composed of:
– body machine with working vat where are located two augers
– heated double chamber with electrical operation, to kept constant the temperature of the treated mass
– feeding hopper
– cavity heated by electrical resistances and steam
– counter pieces interfaced with the clipping machine
– complete of n°1 moulding funnel.
The starting section of product is realized to reduce at minimum the mechanical shocks of the paste. In this way is avoided a high loss of moisture which damages the end yield. The extrusion cone is easily demountable for the cleaning operations.
The machine is characterized by a hopper, which can contain about 50 kg of product, ensuring a production in continuous even if it is fed in discontinuous way.
