Description
Linear transfer single jig model STEP offers programmable indexing from the machine keypad. It is driven by a brushless motor with plate movement via a ball screw and is supplied with a plate to house the workpiece carrier support featuring an orthogonal slide, XY adjustments and 5° rotation. Predisposed for application with T‑slot fixtures, it is suitable for multi‑color pad printing machines with or without independent pads. The STEP jig speeds up and simplifies pad printing operations and can be connected to pick & place devices and pre‑treatment units such as corona, plasma or flame treatment for complete process automation.
