Product description
Composed of an industrial camera and a rotating centering table driven by a brushless motor, the position control device aligns and centers workpieces when consistent manual loading is not possible. The device software is installed on a PC and operated from the machine control monitor. The rotary centering table ensures absolute printing precision of ±0.05 mm. A vacuum holding system secures the workpiece during printing and pad pressure. Typical uses include printing medals, coins and other unsecured parts in pad printing processes.
