Product description
For the automatic loading and unloading of workpieces to be printed, Comec Italia supplies pick & place devices in 1, 2, 3 or 4 axes, available in pneumatic or motorized versions according to customer requirements. All units are designed for mounting on Comec Italia production feeders.

• AUR 360°: rotary workholder enabling 360° printing of spherical objects.
• RR and RRR devices: adaptable units for 2- or 3-color pad printing machines to provide RR/RRR functions.
• Pad cleaning: automatic, programmable pad cleaning system for pad printing machines.
• Ink pump: pump with a 1 L container supplying ink directly to the inker.
• Master flow: high-performance hot-air distributor for drying parts after printing.
• Hot wind portable: portable hot-air blower directing warm air between the pad and the part.
• Hot wind 200/300: fixed hot-air blower directing warm air between the pad and the part.
• Quality control: camera-based inspection solutions for automated machines or production lines where manual piece-by-piece checks are not feasible.
