Working PrincipleClamps the tool using thermal expansion and contraction. The tool holder is heated with a Shrink-Fit unit and the tool is inserted while the inner bore is expanded. After cooling, the holder contracts and grips the tool directly, without collets or nuts. This design provides high concentricity, dynamic balance and clamping rigidity suitable for high-speed machining.
