IO-Link communication interface LEMAX IO is a new mini vacuum pump with communication IO-Link integrating technologies developed by COVAL for better productivity, efficiency and energy savings. It has a wide range of applications: packaging, robotics, plastics. For the first time LEMAX IO integrates technology known as ASC (Air Saving Control). It generates energy savings of between 60% and 97%, depending on the products to be handled. The ASC activates to limit energy consumption at two levels: • Integrated vacuum regulation: reduction of energy consumption and noise level. • The ASC analyses the application and adapts itself to the airtight or porous pieces in order to optimize operation and energy consumption. It can be used to control pumps, configure settings, and get feedback to ensure maximum productivity.
