As the machine is provided with 4 cassette units which each contain a roll of film, at any point in production, only one set of film cassettes are in use. When one set of cassettes runs low, another seamlessly takes its place, ensuring uninterrupted production as the first set is reloaded. Ensuring an uninterrupted process. This cycle guarantees that your production line keeps moving without missing a beat. Our design prioritizes visibility and ease for operators, ensuring they can always monitor film roll levels. An additional light tower alert means operators are always in the know when it’s time for a roller exchange, enhancing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
