The Delaminator stands at the forefront of protective film delamination technology, embodying a fusion of innovation, efficiency, and versatility. Engineered for high-volume production settings, the machine effortlessly separates protective films from plastic sheets across a broad spectrum of sizes and types.
Its core advantage is the automated process that ensures continuous operation with minimal manual intervention, adapting to both manual and fully automatic feedings on the input table.
After sheets are being fed, the vacuum conveyor belt accurately positions the sheet at the adhesive tape unit, where a strip of tape is applied to the top of consecutive plastic sheets. The tape, automatically cut to length by a knife, combines the protective film of the sheet, making it a continuous web. Following this, the protective film is delicately separated from the plastic sheet with a separation knife and delaminated, with the delaminated protective film being wound onto a reel unit for disposal or material recycling. The separation process benefits from precision heating in the separation knife, tailored for films with various adhesive strengths, ensuring smooth film removal and maintaining material integrity.
Post-delamination, sheets pass through a cleaning unit where ionized air and a cleaning roller unit actively remove any lingering particles, ensuring the materials not only remain visually flawless but are also devoid of dust and contaminants. The ionization process additionally eliminates static charges, promoting a cleaner and safer working environment.
