The Crest ES-1600 // 2 is a multifunctional industrial laminator with two pressure rollers, designed for high-quality hot and cold lamination, panel mounting and encapsulation. With a maximum working width of 1,620 mm (64″) and a heated top roller up to 180 °C, the ES-1600 handles both pressure-sensitive and heat-activated lamination processes in a single, configurable machine.

The ES-1600 // 2 processes a wide range of materials including foam, plastic films, adhesive tapes, vinyl, paper, fabrics, composites and protective foils. It supports roll-to-sheet and sheet-to-sheet workflows, making it suitable for applications in sign & display, converting, packaging, automotive components, solar panel encapsulation, glass protection and industrial manufacturing.
