TS-1600: heavy-duty industrial laminator with high pressure and heat assist — for demanding substrates up to 1,650 mm wide

The Crest TS-1600 is a heavy-duty industrial laminator designed for high-quality lamination using high nip pressure and heat. With a heated top roller up to 60 °C and a maximum working width of 1,650 mm (65″), the TS-1600 delivers streak-free, silvering-free lamination results — even on rough, textured and UV-printed surfaces. The machine operates without compressed air and accepts board, sheet and roll materials.

The TS-1600 processes a wide range of materials including protective films, adhesive laminates, vinyl, foam, rubber, plastic films, metal foils and composites. It supports both hot and cold lamination in roll-to-roll, roll-to-sheet and sheet-to-sheet workflows, making it suitable for applications in sign & display, converting, automotive components, glass protection, solar panel manufacturing, packaging and general industrial production.
