It provides selective oxygen measurement with minimal cross-interference and stable long-term performance under complex gas compositions.
Safety and process compatibilityThe instrument integrates a corrosion-resistant pre-treatment module compatible with acids, alkalis and organic solvents. The certified explosion-proof enclosure (Ex db IIC T6 Gb) allows safe installation in Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas, ensuring reliable operation in corrosive and solvent-vapor environments.
Control and integrationBuilt-in automatic interlock functions include alarm outputs and nitrogen purge control to support inerting systems and prompt protective actions when O2 exceeds set thresholds. Standard RS-485 with Modbus RTU enables PLC/DCS integration; RS-232 is available as an option. Power supply options: 24 VDC or 220 VAC.
