Description

Product overview
Gasboard-9021 is an online tri-gas analyzer for real-time measurement of CO, CO2 and CH4 in heat-treatment furnace atmospheres. Based on temperature-controlled Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) sensors, the system delivers stable, low-drift measurements suitable for continuous process monitoring, furnace atmosphere diagnosis and carbon potential calculation. The analyzer output can be cross-checked against oxygen probe data to provide independent verification of atmosphere control. The unit supports CQI-9 requirements for automotive supply-chain atmosphere verification. An optional TCD module enables H2 measurement where hydrogen-bearing gases are present.
