Description

Product Overview
This sensor utilizes the ion selective electrode method to measure ammonia nitrogen concentration: the ammonia nitrogen ion selective electrode directly detects ammonium ions in water to determine ammonia nitrogen levels, with a pH electrode serving as a reference for enhanced stability. Integrating an ammonium ion selective electrode, optional potassium ion electrode, pH electrode, and temperature electrode, the sensor enables mutual correction and compensation of ammonia nitrogen measurements while supporting simultaneous multi-parameter detection. It is widely applied for ammonia nitrogen measurement in sewage treatment plants (nitrification processes, aeration tanks), industrial engineering, and river water monitoring.

Measurement Principle
This ammonia nitrogen sensor adopts the ion selective electrode method for concentration detection. It integrates an ammonium ion selective electrode, an optional potassium ion electrode, a pH electrode, and a temperature electrode into one unit. These parameters mutually correct and compensate the ammonia nitrogen measurement results while enabling simultaneous multi-parameter detection.

Key Features
  • Dynamically compensates for temperature and pH variations in samples.
  • Digital sensor design with strong anti-interference capability and long transmission distance.
  • Standard digital signal output supports integration and networking with other devices, no additional transmitter required.
  • On-site easy installation with plug-and-play functionality.
  • Built-in protection: Power polarity reversal protection; RS485 A/B terminal wrong connection protection.
  • Optional functions: Time display, data storage, and historical data review.
  • Optional wireless data transmission module.

Applications
  • Ammonia nitrogen monitoring in sewage treatment plants (e.g., aeration tanks).
  • Ammonia nitrogen monitoring in industrial processes and river water.
