Description

Product Overview
Turbidity Sensor is based on the method of combination of infrared absorption scattered light. Infrared light which the photo source sends out is scattered by suspended particles in the sample. And finally converted to electrical signals by photoelectric detector and getting the turbidity value of the sample after treatment by analog and digital signals. This product is widely used in online monitoring of turbidity of water inlet and sedimentation tank in waterworks and online monitoring in sewage plant, industrial production process and wastewater treatment process.

Measurement Principle
This Turbidity Sensor operates on the combined technology of infrared absorption and scattered light detection. Infrared light emitted by the sensor’s light source is scattered by suspended particles in the sample. This scattered light is then captured by a photoelectric detector, which converts the optical signal into an electrical signal. After undergoing analog-to-digital signal processing, the electrical signal is analyzed to accurately determine the turbidity value of the sample.
