The centrifugal dispensing system allows controlled and contactless application of fluid beads with medium and low viscosity on holes, cylindrical seats, etc. The fluid is contained in a tank where the level can be monitored. Downstream of the tank, a dispensing valve dispenses the fluid onto a special terminal connected to an electric motor. The rotational speed propels the fluid outward by centrifugal force, ensuring a highly precise bead on the hole walls without requiring movement. The controller manages the process and its operating parameters. FEEDING • PT2 LLS-AN pressurized tank with safety valve and inlet pressure regulator, ideal for Loctite/Loxeal anaerobic products, without the need for transfer. • Capacitive level sensor for low-level alerts, interfaced with the controller. DISPENSING • Diaphragm or needle dispensing valve for micro-dispensing control. • Rotating centrifugal dispensing system for 360° contactless applications, with adjustable speed. PROCESS CONTROL • HMI/PLC controller for Dispensing process management, 4.3” color display. • Dedicated multilingual graphical interface. • Easy interface with external PLCs via dedicated I/O ports. • Cycle counter function, with good (OK) – no good (KO) feedback. • Ability to create multiple recipes. • Possibility to interface part presence or dispensing checksensors. • Direct control of the double-acting operation of one or more valves.
