The dispensing system consists of a tank for inserting the adhesive container, a diaphragm valve ideal for anaerobic fluids, and a smart controller that manages the process. A capacitive level sensor continuously monitors the level inside the pressurized tank PT2 LLS-AN, which is equipped with a safety valve and an inlet pressure regulator. This tank is ideal for inserting adhesive containers such as Loctite and Loxeal without requiring transfer. The system is controlled by a 4.3” color HMI/PLC controller, featuring a multilingual graphical interface, cycle counter function, and the ability to manage multiple programs. The DA 250 diaphragm Dispensing valve ensures reliable dispensing and prevents unwanted curing. It is possible to interface part presence sensors or dispensing checksensors to enhance process control. FEEDING • PT2 LLS-AN pressurized tank with safety valve and inlet pressure regulator, ideal for Loctite/Loxeal anaerobic products, without the need for transfer. • Capacitive level sensor for low-level alerts, interfaced with the controller. DISPENSING • Diaphragm dispensing valve for anaerobic adhesives with a Teflon-isolated body. PROCESS CONTROL • HMI/PLC controller for Dispensing process management, 4.3” color display. • Dedicated multilingual graphical interface. • Easy interface with external PLCs via dedicated I/O ports. • Cycle counter function, with good (OK) – no good (KO) feedback. • Ability to create multiple programs. • Possibility to interface part presence or dispensing checksensors. • Direct control of the double-acting operation of one or more valves.
