The dispensing system is based on a volumetric valve, connected to a fixture that enables multi-point dispensing with poka-yoke functionality. The fluid is supplied under pressure from follower plate pumps. The controller manages both the presence detection of the part to be lubricated and the dispensing checksignal. The volumetric dispensing valve ensures precise and clean application, achieving automation-level results. FEEDING • Follower plate pump (available for various cartridge or drum sizes) for grease feeding, complete with level control. DISPENSING • “One press, one dose” fixture, custom-designed for the specific component. • Dispensing check sensor. PROCESS CONTROL • HMI/PLC controller for dispensing process management, 4.3” color display. • Dedicated multilingual graphical interface. • Easy interface with external PLCs via dedicated I/O ports. • Cycle counter function, with good (OK) – no good (KO) feedback. • Possibility to create multiple programs. • Part presence sensor directly interfaced with the controller. • Direct control of the double-acting operation of one or more valves.
