This dispensing system enables controlled fluid filling with adjustable quantities using a volumetric counter. The fluid is pressurized by a diaphragm pump system, which draws liquid directly from the original drums. Before entering the needle valve, the fluid passes through a gear volumetric counter. The counter has a known flow rate per revolution and sends an impulse to the controller for each rotation. Once the target quantity is reached, the controller closes the valve, making the system volumetric and insensitive to variations in flow rate, pressure, and viscosity. FEEDING • Feeding system based on a diaphragm pump, which draws the fluid directly from the original container, without any transfer. DISPENSING • Needle dispensing valve for immediate start and stop of the flow. • Gear volumetric counter, directly interfaced with the controller, available in different sizes depending on the required flow rates. PROCESS CONTROL • HMI/PLC controller for Dispensing process management, 4.3” color display. • Dedicated multilingual graphical interface. • Easy interface with external PLCs via dedicated I/O ports. • Cycle counter function, with good (OK) – no good (KO) feedback. • Ability to create multiple programs. • Possibility to interface part presence or dispensing checksensors. • Direct control of the double-acting operation of one or more valves.
