Overview
The TDX controller line is a modular controller family developed and assembled in Italy for structural mechanical testing. Available as TDX-1 (single-axis) and TDX-2 (biaxial), the controllers support static and cyclic test profiles and multiple control modes to meet laboratory and production test requirements. Four synchronized read-only analog input channels extend measurement and monitoring capability.

• Static yield and failure testing on composites, dental implants and structural components
• Stiffness and elastic property testing of single and assembled parts (metals, plastics, composites, 3D-printed and biological materials)
• Dynamic characterisation with sine, pulsed square (adjustable duty) or constant-speed triangular waveforms (e.g. suspension/shock absorber testing)
• Constant amplitude fatigue testing (Wöhler/S-N curves)
• Block constant amplitude fatigue testing for Palmgren–Miner analysis
• Variable amplitude fatigue testing reproducing field-acquired load histories
• Reproduction of user-defined load curves and seismic test simulation during design validation
