Description
The BYC-100 frame is part of the PN-MF (Pneumatic Modular Frame) family, engineered to perform static and fatigue tests on bicycle frames and components. The structure is built entirely from aluminium and is configured to carry out tests in accordance with ISO 4210 and EN 15194. An anti-vibration support enhances stability during demanding cycles, while the portal structure provides the stiffness required for accurate test execution. Wheels on the base enable safe repositioning within the test laboratory. The system is compatible with Litem K-PN pneumatic actuator kits, anchoring brackets and RTC 9000 Real Time Controllers and is designed for modular pneumatic operation.
