Overview
The BYC-400 frame belongs to the MF-P (Modular Frame Pneumatic) family of modular pneumatic systems, designed and manufactured to perform static, fatigue and stiffness tests on materials and finished components. The BYC-400 test frame is designed to meet testing requirements in the bicycle, e-bike and motorcycle sectors in accordance with ISO 4210 and EN 15194 standards. A complete series of grips is available for these tests.

Construction and main features
The construction details make the BYC-400 a flexible and reliable system for multiple test types. The workbench includes constant-pitch holes for clamping complex components. The upper crossbar supports two vertical actuators and allows X-Y positioning across the work area. Telescopic electrically operated columns provide Z positioning and the rigidity required for accurate testing. Actuators can also be mounted horizontally to accommodate complex test setups. The test area is enclosed with polycarbonate panels that ensure visibility during tests. An interlock on the openings guarantees operator safety. The system is compatible with K-PN pneumatic actuator kits, related anchoring brackets and Real Time RTC 9000 controllers.
