The Chipvac 400 chip vacuum cleaner from the Oil & Chips range combines DUPUY’s decades of experience in mechanical engineering and unique, innovative elements from our continuous research and development work in one machine. This Chipvac 400 chip and residue suction bucket has a large capacity for collecting solids and liquids with the option of adding a metal separation grid. Possibility of 50° tilting by forklift with a simple and effective patented system. The vacuum cleaner can be equipped with two different powerful blowers, 7.5 and 12.5 kW, which allow large amounts of chips to be collected in a very short time. The new design allows the chip vacuum to be moved very easily along with its turbine, either on wheels or with a forklift. Before tipping the bucket, the turbine can be easily detached thanks to its separate holder. The vacuum cleaner is mounted on a sturdy powder-coated steel frame, equipped with non-marking swivel wheels and a parking brake. The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a powerfulside channel blower that develops a high flow rate and vacuum and is suitable for continuous operation. The electric motor is directly coupled to the fan body and requires no maintenance. The air outlet is directed upward so as not to disturb the operator or raise dust in the environment. The vacuum unit is controlled by a low-voltage electrical panel housed in the easily accessible rear hood. The panel and motor are protected to IP65 standard. The suction unit is equipped with a vacuum shut-off valve as standard. In the case of suction with the inlet fully closed, the valve ensures that the turbine is cooled by the inlet of ambient air.
